Eligibility for Returns
To ensure we can process your return efficiently:

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your purchase date. Orders older than 30 days cannot be accepted.

Pack your grips carefully in their original packaging to prevent damage during shipping.

Ship the package back to us. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.
Processing Your Refund

Once we receive your returned items, we’ll inspect them to confirm they’re unused and in original condition.

After inspection, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
